One of my pet peeves is expired tags, chances are they are either uninsured or no drivers license, likely both. I avoid hanging around those vehicles in traffic, especially if they have lots of damage. Was following one today that expired 11 months ago with the old TN tags, damaged fender so I slowed down and changed lanes. Can’t wait to start seeing those with the old tags being pulled over.
I do the same thing, I stay clear of them. I was hit by someone with no insurance and a stolen tag so now I avoid them like the plague.
Good chance not a citizen as well

I have been waiting for this video since that day just to see the excitement from the owner but was let down since he was so nice about it. I think you are extremely smart to accept cash only! You are correct many people would dispute charges. What’s criminal is the cc company is allowed to take $ out of your account once paid without a “fair” unbiased investigation.
When you first meet the guy with the big black Chevy and he said he's blessed, I knew it was gonna be alright. Cool guy with even a cooler truck.

I remember the guy who parked there before, upset asking why didn't the office come and tell him to move (he was unknown) lol. This guy was nice but wondered the same thing. I don't recommend my office staff to chase down anyone parking but walking away. At what distance do they have to get? before you decide to yell "hey you cannot park here" lol Maybe more signage is needed. Wow busy week for EA! Great teamwork!

Sooo at 6:20 to 6:30 what was pouring out of the Highlander? It looked like the gas tank is on the other side so I couldn't figure out what it was but it poured a good stream out for a bit there. At least the Chevy Guy was super cool. Too bad more folks are not like that. Great job as always Jeff.

There's a quite a few Montanans who DON'T like Yellowstone. The reason? It's attracting a lot of rich out-of-staters who are coming in and buying up property and driving up real estate prices, pricing the locals out of the market.
I'm a native Californian. I coudn't afford to live there any more because of all the rich Easteners who came to California back in the day and drove up prices there.
(The last time I lived in Cali, back in the mid 70s, a studio apartment was around $200 a month. these days, the price of a studio in Torrance (where I lived for a time) runs from $1,405 to $2,562! No way I could afford that on my military pension and Social Security!

Another great video. It scares me to go driving around the area the way cars end up in ditches but I guess if it happens I'll just make a call. Ya'll be safe.
It amazes me that the tire rims can withstand the amount of pulling force needed to drag these vehicles out of the ditches. Do you ever have a rim to bend while pulling one out?
Never had any problems, rim slings have been an amazing tool for recovering.

I’ve just noticed that all most all of the roads don’t have any paint markings. Makes it easier to not know where the edge is at night or in the rain.

The Silverado is bigger than your tow truck. Looks like son is towing daddy. How much weight does the dollies hold? That looks like daddy riding a tricycle. Those drop-off ditches can definitely ruin your day. Good job all the way around. Be safe. I love the everyday videos.

I'm guessing the fluid leaking was coming from the coolant overflow bottle because of the high angle of the pull, especially since it started and stopped as the angle of the vehicle changed. What do you think it was?
People parking should go inside and make sure. It is called "personal" responsibility.

The only better chocks I've seen have heavy chain attached to the back that gets hooked to the wrecker body. Hook the chains a few links loose, back the duals up the chocks and the weight of the wrecker plus the line load is pushing the chocks into the ground. (caution- the winches can then lift the front wheels of the truck off the ground!)

I hope you have more cameras going in situatiions that someone could act improperly. You might need evidence of violence, property damage or taking the vehicle off the truck without paying (theft.) In that array of cameras, a 360 degree camera would almost be a necessity. I thought of this while watching "Impromptu Illegal Park Turns Explosive."

I don’t understand why they don’t provide shoulders on the roads in your area, most of these winch outs wouldn’t happen if they did. Happy New Year, and be safe, I ordered the dash cam you recommended, it looks to be a decent unit, especially considering the cost.
Probably isn’t room. Those roads are narrow and need ditches for drainage, so wouldn’t be much room to add a shoulder in a lot of those mountain roads.
Big fan of yalls channel. I watch regularly at work inbetween pickups. I was looking at the merch and I was wondering if you have thought about doing some high vis gear. Even if it's just a bright color shirt with the logo I would be interested. I don't wear much other then work stuff and being a city tow driver I need the high vis cause people are idiots.

It was coming out of the rear of the car. I thought it might be rear end lube but unless I was there who knows what it could have been. I would think rear end lube has a smell that he should have smelled quite.
