Hi I made these just now and they have a wrinkled top, I was wondering (upon some research this could've been caused by too low oven temp) if you used a convection oven with fan setting or something?
Thank you so much for this recipe. I’ve been attempting macarons over 10 times, and they never could be reduced to 10-15 macarons. This worked out perfectly AND it gives me a great layout for how to mix colors. I’m excited to add dry ingredients like matcha and cocoa next 😚
Clairebear Eats me too, and I’ve made three different sorts three different ways with some I can’t get rid of air bubbles especially when adding ‘cream of tarter’ so I’m not adding that any more 👍🏼

hello! I made these macarons n the shells turned out perfect. They tasted so good too🥰🥰 however I felt that the macarons weren’t chewy enough but it’s oK it’s still fAnTastic!
You need to let the macarons rest in your freezer for at least 48 hours before eating them (and letting them out of the freezer for them to defrost) that's what my pastry teacher told me, and after this, they are delicious and chewy !
@@NICKYM26 I don't know what you've been making but macarons don't contain any flour, they can only be made with ground almonds, sometimes called almond flour or correctly almond meal or just finely ground almonds.

Did you go the filling by hand? Or did you use a mixer?
@@kamrod6658 by hand is too little to use the mixer but its really easy to do by hand doesn't take too long
@@theapan4889 I havent had this issue really and I use a regular oven not conventional. But once they did crack on me because the temp was too high!
Wrinkled top means your almond flour was oily or had some grease in the utensils
