Wilrieke Sophia is a (TEDx) speaker, intimacy facilitator & educator, ecologist, herbalist in training, mother of three and now potentially an ASMRist! In these edited videos Wilkerie speaks about relationships and many things in her life with a soft spoken Dutch accent that is really nice to listen to even if some of the subject matter can be a little more intense at times. Still, it's really interesting to learn about this world and there is also a little visit from a bumble bee too! What more could you want from an unintentional ASMR video!

Wilrieke Sophia has a very gentle and calming voice and the original videos had a lot of relaxing moments, but as usual we selected the most calming parts and removed scenes that weren't considered too relaxing, like some moments at the start of the videos where she screams kind of loudly when someone comments. Although there were not a lot of loud moments in each video, we made sure to only include the ones soothing enough, such as shortening the video preview, to maximize the ASMR effect in the output. Let us know if you like this version that we’ve made. It really helps us with making sure to select only the parts that we love the most - those that give us the most tingles.

As an intimacy coach, Wilrieke talks about emotional and spiritual benefits of lovelife, intimacy and sexuality in her workshops. In the first video, she discusses seven-year cycles in people's lives and how drastic the changes are when we transition from one cycle to another, and this doesn't only happen to our biological age, but also in different aspects of our lives. In the second video, she stumbled upon sleeping bumblebees in her garden reminding how this calmness reminds her about grounding, trust and closure, and how we can hold on to others for support.

I can’t say I found it distracting, everyone on here is quirky in some way, and it’s a pretty common one as it goes. She’s got 300 subs too so it’s a fairly intimate group watching this, she’s pretty open and earnest in that regard.

I really relate to the seven year cycles she speaks of. I'm 27 now. Next year I will be turning 28 and it is 1) obviously the conclusion of a seven year cycle and beginning of another one, 2) the start of my Saturn return, AND 3) the shift of my progressed rising sign from my natal Leo into Virgo... all in the same year! Kinda scared but I know it will all be worth it once I'm out the other side.
