You’re very welcome! Enjoy the kirtle making ❤️
Perfect timing, I have a LARP in April that I want to make a new kirtle for!
Wonderful! Good luck with both the kirtle and the larp!
Lovely
Thank you!
The kirtle came out so nicely! Awesome work! (I don’t know what autocorrect was doing 😂)
Thank you so much!
Beautiful!
Thank you so much!
Well, have watched this 3 times now - I found the site, I have the linen and wool, lacing and 'bones' - all ready to copy you, but I bet I won't look quite so beautiful. X
@@mandylavida I’m certain you will look absolutely amazing! Good luck and have fun with your project! ❤️
Very nice! It looks great on you. It also looks fun to twirl in, which is always a plus 👍🏻
Thank you so much!
Sooo pretty, fits like a glove, and twirlable, too! Thank you for sharing and for the snowy reveal :)
Thank you! It’s so comfy and I feel really cute! And it’s warm too!
@@ThePetticoatedSwashbuckler I bookmarked the elizabethan costume page, it is great!! Thanks for the tip ;)
All the best,

Morgan Donner does a Really easy draped kirtle, I’ve always wanted to make it because it’s so simple but I don’t have a dress form 😢
I made my own dress form using a pattern from bootstrap (I think), some scrap fabric and a couple of cheap pillows! That’s worth a shot?
@@ThePetticoatedSwashbuckler oh really? I guess it’s not a hard project if you have good instructions!
I was going to attempt Morgan’s DIY dress form (filler foam & plaster) but I don’t think I’d do it well lol 😂
Edit: Thankyou 👏🏼👏🏼🥰🥰so much! I just bought a dress form pattern from where you suggested and cant wait to start it!! Oh there are so many things I’ve wanted to drape!!
Bless you 💐
Lovely!!!
Thank you!
