DIY Seed Starting Recipe (Cheap & Easy)

This is our favourite seed starting mix. Using only three ingredients - coir, compost and sand, it's cheap and easy and can be used for cuttings too.
I like to make a fresh batch at the beginning of each planting season.
We find this mix stays moist but with the added sand for drainage, doesn't rot the seeds.
