From MCMC website: Usage of walkie-talkie in frequency 477.0125 MHz to 477.4875 MHz and 477.5250 MHz to 477.9875 MHz does not require AA as the assignment of this frequency is by way of Class Assignment under Personal Radio Service Device Schedule.
