Not quite. Context matters here and there's plenty of great family and friends I know who have offered to baby sit cause they know their friends are struggling to have any form of a life. They may also just want to offer since they have the ability to. It's not inherently a red flag. Now, if a random stranger you just met offers without solicitation, that's different.

They were passing me around, I was supposed to hook up with another lady (in supervision) when I had enough. At the time I didn’t think it was that horrible but now I look back, it changed the trajectory of my life. The other thing that bothers me is everyone knew about it and yet nobody did anything (because I was a guy). It was literally a big joke, I got employee of the month after the assistant manager incident. I think it’s going to take a while for things to equalize, I think we’re seeing that now.
