Just recently received your steak bundle I ordered from your website. Seasoned some ribeyes just like you did in this video, grilled on my Weber with grill grates. I've tried most of the big name rubs on the market, but Ive gotta say, this is the winning combo right here. My family and I all agree, best steaks we've ever eaten.

Those look delicious Heath! Thanks for the video. I like to vacuum seal my steaks after seasoning them, then throw em on the grill the next day.

Until it hits those internal temps you're looking for and the doneness you prefer
Why no mention of how long it took to get to the 125 degrees after moving them to the cool zone?
Because every grill, and every piece of meat is different. You'll have to check with your therma pen and figure it out as you go
You're probably looking at about 15 minutes total. Just truly depends on how hot your grill is

Just using salt and pepper is lame
Maybe buy a higher quality steak so you don’t have to add an inch of steak rub. Yuck!!
Don't knock it until you try it. This one was pretty good.
