To be fair, when you are expecting to taste spaghetti and sauce, and instead get sweet, it can taste really weird for a second until your brain figures it out.

This is very similar to a popular German dessert called Spaghettieis, which is basically just an ice a cream sundae, but with the vanilla ice-cream styled into spaghetti noodles. Great job!

there's a german treat called "Icecream spagetti" ! It's made with a mound of whipping cream where, through a potatoepress, you press vanilla icecream on to for the spagettti! The Sauce is made with a strawberry sauce and parmesan is made with shaved white chocolate! It's really good :)

As a german I would like to inform you about the spaghetti ice-cream 🙈😂 when I saw your cake I immediately had to think about it. Usually whipped cream is on the bottom and the spaghetti (vanilla ice cream) is on top of it. It's garnished with Strawberry sauce and white chocolate as parmesan. In some places you can order other spaghetti dishes turned into dessert as well.
I also thought of it ! As a french neighbour Spaghettieis has always intrigued me but I haven't tried it yet haha. The Eiscafe I go to even makes ice cream cannelloni and lasagna

That’s awesome! My mom used to make really fun cakes for birthdays when I was a kid. One year she made a castle cake and frosted ice cream cones for the towers. Another year she made a black cat cake where the cat was eating a mouse. She also made a spiderweb cake (my birthday is a couple weeks before Halloween so there were a lot of spooky cakes).
