- It wasn’t long until Seeker had finally obtained the 3 rarefaction cells..
Finding the location to the control panel - with the help of their shoulder companion - repairing was set into motion
However.. once everything was all set in place and done.. Seeker couldn’t help but notice there was a missing slot.
- Seeker had slightly noticed it earlier when they were throwing out the old broken rarefaction cells..
There was just that one empty slot..
Seeker remembers vaguely on a small chat with Moon before..
“Communications have been bad for a long time, and by now I suspect most of us are isolated like me, or connected only in small groups..”
If this control panel is what runs all power - and communications.. then why has it been missing one filled slot for so long..
That explains it..
Seeker has to decide now.. to just power it on now and have the iterators deal with half being able to communicate.. or instead find that last missing rarefaction cell ..
Maybe later they’ll think more on it.. as now the group who helped them before wants their favors returned..
