Hey Derek, you might want to look into the pneumatic jacks they have at harbor freight for cherry pickers (engine hoists). It's basically just a regular jack setup but with an extra mechanism on the side and a valve that you can hook compressed air to, then when you hold a valve open it acts as if you're operating the handle but a lot faster.
Loved that couple seconds where you were showing Bradley how the blower works... it was in the FF section but caught my eye. Love what your doing there and the Monte Carlo transformation too.

Also, just a shout out to Derek nailing the interview with Jared Pink... would really enjoy seeing more of this kind of action with Derek interviewing/chatting with other automotive "celebrities" on the RUclipss. O'Reilly's knows a good thing when they see it! Makes me want to go buy some parts and pieces from my local store!
I like the LS swap idea on this one. As you said it will be a reliable, turn key car that can actually provide alot fun and power with little modification. I like it and as always I love your content! Keep on keeping on Derek. Your one of a kind!
and the RUclips automotive channel of the year award goes to Vice Grip Garage. I would love to spend a day wrenching on cars with Derek.
I nearly shot my cold snack out of my nose with Derek’s engine removal advice- “make sure you’re doing it late at night by yourself” 😂
So good to see the 2nd team at it (1st with Jess) and teaching the up-and-comer the ropes!
Those are amazing: I've used mine with my cherry picker to move truck cabs around a few times. SO much easier than pumping it by hand....
Thank you Derek and Jessica for being awesome! I love y’all’s videos, and your parenting style makes me smile :-)
My first and only membership ever on RUclips. Can't get enough. 😁
Another awesome video, tonight is the second time watching. Thank you for another video for all of your fans. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
This is the most entertaining and wholesome automotive channel on RUclips. By far.
I could watch you for hours on end! Thank You Vice Grip Garage!
Just gotta say Derek, your taste in classic country is mighty fine. Six days on the road and Swingin' are gold
Loved that couple seconds where you were showing Bradley how the blower works... it was in the FF section but caught my eye.
Love what your doing there and the Monte Carlo transformation too.
@10:20 she sits like that Vette! Perfect, engine understands what’s coming already
Keep the great work up. You truly are a legend Luke, from the UK 🇬🇧 I am also a mechanic you truly are an legend 🇬🇧💯👍🏻
First time that I've seen a trans like that Corvette one, very informative video, thanks, I'm always learning something new.
The clip of the boys playing in the car made my day. Awesome 🙏
Great video! I'm old school. We just hooked a chain to the back of one head and into the front of the other. That engine lift plate was for the fancy shops! lol
I enjoy watching whatever you're up to, your enthusiasm is contagious 😉 I'm looking forward to seeing the Monte Carlo modernized and running again. Thanks for sharing. Keep up the great work Derek 👍✌️🇺🇲
Yep..thanks for always having fun working on the cars..
