I'm not sure if the amps are made in Korea. Maybe some of the components on the board. Samwha is Chinese cap. I have Samyoung caps says they are korean but you dont know for sure where its made. Sure its not worth buying a amp based on where it supposivly made. Build quality and the temp ratings is what you want to pay for
I know a cheap amp fom a high quality amp and thats all that matter ..point incase I RUN ROCKVILLE AMPS and they dont give 2fcks about direct sunlight.full tilt for over 3hrs in a local park .THEY ARE WELL BUILT AMPS!!!!
When I'm looking for clas ab I'm looking watts per size. Ds18 got the elx series that's made in Korea. Don't care where it's made, but it puts out power for its size. For tweeters, I go sony xmgs4. I got the elx p800x4 for my mids. And an old crescendo c1100.4 for midbass, that b is big af, but that's in my build since I owned it forever.

Nolan when you going to start selling and shipping amps? i'm a couple hours south of the tint shop but dont travel well. also any idea what the soy sauce does on music, or ac voltage out is fine?
The soy sauce is a teampie 2k ... not sure on the numbers. I was told the 2ks I got were upgraded... but who knows... they are VERY heavy, appear to be built well. Jones Sub Solutions sells teampie I think. He did a dyno but you know me... I don't trust dynos AT ALL... Currently, unfortunately they are only sold thru the tint shop because we don't want bad mouthing for lack of knowledge of installing. So , all the equipment is heavily regulated.

@@deasnutz9965 cap .. 4700s.. and 3300s on the input filtering.. you can call MJ tho and get whatever caps you want . They even bought all the old stock stuff so you can get and repair/modify almost whatever you like 🤘👍

all i know is i've recapped older japanese built amplifiers (nichicon) with "cheap ass" modern chinese caps, and they do just fine.

is the power acoustic bamf 8000 worth a shit. i bought one new 2 years ago & I have never hooked it up nor can I find any dynos...
Not really unfortunately... there are better deals imo and better amps ...
Definitely I agree I was going to use it for a budget build I had in mind but it wasn't really that cheap so I made a stupid purchase. Live & learn
