Daniel has the right idea I have seen some at 100,000km and the filter is completely plugged with sludge. Also only 3 to 4 liters come out and there is 8.3 liters inside. So you have the right idea to change it early I will be doing mine at every 50,000 km and changing the filter too. Great job.
@@aaronVlog8 watch the Asian mechanic guy step by step of cleaning versa tranny filter part 1 and part 2. He used brake cleaner and compressed air and got out 6.5 quarts and cleaned magnets inside
Thanks for the comment and video Aaron about the transmission filter and how you concluded that you dont need to change the transmission filter when you inspected it in your video. I changed my 2010 transmission NS2 oil once the versa car hit 69000 miles or 111044 kms and did not inspect or replace the transmission filter. So far all is good thanks to your videos and instructions.

A transmission that is not shifting out of 1st gear is indicating what. I know the torque converter will not engage if filter or oil is dirty. Should I change these before paying $6,000 for a rebuild? I'm thinking of trying a filter and fluid change.
Hi 👋, is that CVT transmission that we talk about it? Cvt will be belt transmission, the old automatic actually better. When they can't shift something stuck inside, better just replace the transmission that way don't cost more. I hope help, thank you 🙏

Yes they do has filter, I made the video when I'm inspected. Filter were clean no any debris and they're made from stainless steel. This is the video you can check them out.
