@@bibek929 Lowest maintenence option would be scratch resistant, large size, porcelain tiles. You will get beautiful aesthetics and natural finishes in 1200x2400 mm or 1200x1800mm high end tiles. Have look on some stunning options in Nexion brand (which is a JV of Simpolo cetamics). This may also make you feel better because you will be paying quite a good amount of premium. If you like some option there, apply your wisdom and see if your choice is available in some other good brands too like Johnson, Kajaria, etc because you may get better price for same product. But Nexon will give you overall better experience in terms of matte surfaces which are in vogue. In some spaces like Bedrooms, go for high end Engineered wood or high end LVT if want to reduce cost and maintenance both. You may also consider SPC for some portion. All the options mentioned you may get between 170 to 450 Rupees / per square.ft. and for non tile options can even go for some international brands which may may cost more too. In fact, for very low traffic areas you may consider some exquisite imported marbles costing above Rs. 1000/ Sq.ft. Choices are unlimited when budget is not a considerstion. Thank you. -Team OTF
