I got home from Australia yesterday and at around 6pm I was really tired so I wanted to have a quick like 1 hour nap before I had dinner. Well now its 3am and I just woke up from a full 9 hour sleep and im not in any way tired. Fml
-//hasumi\\- I live in Australia, and I got back from Europe a week ago. Yet here I am, at 4 in the morning, I have school in 2 hours. First day of term 3. Woo.
Turtle Human It was alright. I was okay during the day, but I had to go to training. By that point it was 4:00 and I was ready to die. But then I didn’t get to sleep until 3 am. I’m all good now! Thanks for asking 😘
I think I never realised how f uped my sleeping routine was until I found myself using this video to deal with my own life. And no I havn't travel in month.
It’s been a week I’m still awake the whole night when everybody else is sleeping . It always happens to me when I travel long distance from Dallas or Chicago to middle east or india only during east bound and it’s been 8 days I’m still not able to adjust as my carcadian clock is not working properly. Any other workaround please do update here which makes me feel sleepy , Thanks !
I came home from florida and im now nocturnal i arrived home at 1pm fell asleep at half past and woke up at 9pm so now that happens daily now help me fix it
USA to Qatar. Qatar to USA. My stay was only a week. Really bad there maybe worse here I am a day in. Went to bed at 3am woke up at 2pm…..and now it’s 5:02am the following day after the 2pm wake up.
It went away on its own and on about day 4-5 I slept like a baby. I just had to get into a regular sleep pattern going to bed the same time every night etc. It ruined the beginning of my holiday though ☹️ It did go away though.
Mexico to Dubai, is a really bad jet lag, all night couldn’t sleep, next thing you know 10 AM I get the worst knock off, and I just fall asleep, and I woke up at 4 PM
Does it help to not eat on the airplane trip to reduce jet lag? I’ve heard this with different perspectives but never really got a leading answer. I would think yes because your digestive system shuts down once you hit a high altitude and the more food you eat the harder time your going to have right?… But then won’t you just be starving the whole trip? How does this work?! Thank you! 🙂
*Has anyone else found the stresses of Covid 19 has made you sleep worse?* You can use various natural herbs to help you overcome insomnia. Pomegranate, garlic and valerian are both excellent for this purpose. _Hope this helps!_
Came back from UK to Malaysia its been 7 days and Im still sleeping at 7am its like right now, like its 12am in UK bruhh… Really need to stop this asap or else imma gonna die
Force yourself to stay awake all freek'n day....then go to bed around 10-11PM.....don't fall asleep on the couch in the middle of the day or you'll be sorry.
I am not here to offer tips on how to prevent and or cure jetlag. I am here to offer a simple experiment all air travelers can perform before and during your air travels. Get a weight scale that will easily fit in your backpack. Take an inventory of the clothes and accessories youre wearing and weigh yourself at the airport terminal before you board your flight and write what you weighed so you dont forget. After the aircraft gets to its maximum altitude get your scale out and weigh yourself again and write what you weigh at that altitude. The premise or assessment here is that Earth's magnetic field is more dense at ground level and so people and objects weigh more at sea level and weigh less the higher we get because Earth's magnetic field becomes increasingly less dense the further away we get from Earth. So air travelers are experiencing only partial gravitational forces unlike the astronauts who experience zero gravity at the ISS. So i guess you could say air travelers are mini-astronauts or astronauts in training..So partial gravitational forces being experienced by air travelers may be the cause of jetlag.
