Great vid man! I am a freshman starting my CM degree. How long did it take you to fully understand scheduling on a micro level? Did you have a mentor who invested time into you? How did you get your start? I’d love to pick your brain.

      Thank you!
It took me a solid month or two of really studying these schedules to understand the successors and predecessors. I did have a really great PM who put in the time to teach me the software's and understanding how the entire things flows.
What helped me was I started building schedules for just one wing of the building. Something simple with 10-15 schedule items. Then I could break down the sequence of events and understand the flow a lot more.
I started with a big commercial company as a PE and then transitioned into my own thing in the residential world.
