*5 INGREDIENT* STRAWBERRY MILK PUDDING BITES | SUPER EASY STRAWBERRY DESSERT AT HOME

When it’s strawberry season, there are no points for guessing, I only want to add my favourite berries to all the desserts💁🏻‍♂️🙌🏻 Super easy to make, these strawberry milk pudding bites are the ultimate comfort dessert you need to make your meal time memorable 🍓🫶🏻
Ingredients-
🍓2 cups milk
🍓1 cup strawberry puree
🍓5 tbsp sugar
🍓6 tbsp cornflour
🍓6 tbsp shredded coconut
Method-
1. In a bowl take 1 cup milk and cornflour, mix it well and keep it aside.
2. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup milk, sugar & strawberry puree. Whisk everything together until sugar is dissolved completely.
3. Slowly add in the cornflour slurry over a medium heat. Keep whisking continuously.
4. Once the mixture starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and continue to cook and whisk for about 4-5 minutes or until it thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
5. Remove the saucepan from heat and pour the pudding mixture into a greased or lined mould
6. Allow the pudding bites to cool at room temperature for a bit, then refrigerate them for at least 4-5 hours or until they are fully set.
7. Once set, remove the pudding bites from the mold and cut into cubes.
8. Now coat these strawberry milk pudding bites into shredded coconut and enjoy!

You will have to add strawberry puree once the milk comes to a boil and continue stirring.
