I like watching the old John Wayne movies from this period because so many were filmed near where I live and it is fun to recognize the background.
But it also ruins the movie in one way because I know where the chase scenes take place and how it is impossible to run horses full speed as long as they make it look in the movies. 🙂🙂

Interesting . Wyatt Earp was living in Los Angles in the 1920's . His main endeavor was real estate , but he did do some consulting on early Western films .

John Wayne is a natural hero. I have never seen him in a film that he portrayed a bad guy. It wouldn't' fit him.
