Absolutely one of the best! The current generation would be better off by watching at least 24 straight hours of John Wayne....

An "Indianapolis 500" moment pit stop with the changing of the horses.....and they're off....god forgive, but I love this stuff! The very definition of overcoming adversity.

Duke turns ghost town into show town
. Republic pictures offers better production quality and John Wayne delivers the goods. He partners well with Lane Chandler and Phyllis Fraser. Winds of the Wastland has it all and a bonus Yak Ben Hur style stagecoach race at the end.

Never thought about it when I was a kid in the 50s and these movies were on daytime tv but the music scores are really forgettable. Maybe it was John Ford who changed that by hiring better composers.

Sat on the bench, guarded the water bucket and tackled anyone who came near it!!!! Go Trojan's.. the team that is!!!!! Not the rubbers

Great Story, but the worst quality upload on You Tube. So washed out, literally, you could only see a white blur instead of a face. Can’t even see a nose. Better as an audiobook.
