  • The Afsluitdijk has protected the Netherlands against the sea for over 80 years. To ensure our safety in the future, Rijkswaterstaat will reinforce the Afsluitdijk and construct pumps in the locks to enhance the drainage of excess water from the IJsselmeer. This will make the Afsluitdijk the largest pumping station in Europe. Regional governments, working together under the name “De Nieuwe Afsluitdijk”, have formulated ambitions for economic development, ecology and renewable energy. Those can be realized simultaneously with the refurbishment of the Afsluitdijk. De Nieuwe Afsluitdijk and the government are working closely together to ensure a safe, sustainable, attractive and future-proof dike. The implementation of the project is planned from 2018.

Cobblestones? They were just the outside covering. Underneath is mud, sand and amazing handmade thatch mats

The Afsluitdijk is an important invention. Reference is made to a storm that occurs at most once every 10,000 years. The blocks should be able to survive even that storm. Too bad all these smart men don't know about a recurring natural disaster that our planet is suffering from. This is mentioned in various old books and e.g. also by Plato. That natural disaster is caused by the ninth planet in our solar system that comes close to the sun and planets at high speed every few thousand years. The most famous disaster is the deluge, but also 'the end of times' was caused by that planet. After years of research, I was able to reconstruct a timeline. The next disaster of that great one takes place in the year 7.156 CE. The disaster causes a tidal wave "higher than the highest mountains". Only then will the Afsluitdijk no longer provide sufficient protection. The research can be read as an e-book under the title: Planet 9 = Nibiru. It contains abundant and convincing evidence for the existence of the cycle of disasters and civilizations and contains many images, most of which were unknown. Google: invisible nibiru 9

"We will be the only nation in the world that generates electricity from the convergence of fresh water and salt water" -- what about the Rance tidal power station in France? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rance_Tidal_Power_Station

Tidal power doesn't use the convergence of salt and fresh water, it just uses the flow. Different technology

That isn’t the same this is not a tidal power station. . The flow is only cooing one way from fresh to salt
