As a Capricorn/Earth sign, I completely understand why there are none of us here. We are a grounded people who like to-do lists and want to triple check things. Our heads would literally explode on this show 🙃

I really liked the judge. He was really generous with his comments. I really want to make that Philippino ceviche.

I'm a Cancer; Never really had crab before though, and I'm still exploring what seafood I really appreciate and enjoy so I'd probably lean into the fact it's a water aspect more than anything. Maybe like a soup/consomme. :) ~Ry

I’m a Gemini, so making a Duo is essential

Duos often are criticized as one is always better then the other dish

@@nathans.5911 It all depends, since there are classic Duos, from Surf n’ Turf to Hot n’ Cold. A Top Chef can always make Duos work in harmony, hence Harold (Season 1), with his Duo of Beef.

@@l-wolverine2211 Yes, some like Stephanie and Harold who won their seasons pulled of doing a duo where both components shined but it is rarely done right . Surf and turf is more of a dish with two proteins it can be 1 cohesive dish and not a duo I mean more like the duo of duck or duo of beef or something of the sort usually results in one of the parts of the duo outshining the other.

@@nathans.5911 Well if you remember Tre back in Season 3 making a Surf n’ Turf dish that was all incorporated into 1 Dish, that’s really how I view as a Successful Duo. The same with Brooke in Season 10.
