The chefs were challenged to make a dish fusing their own heritage with Chinese ingredients. The guest judges for the challenge were chefs Abe Conlon and Manuela Ferreira, and chef consultant Florita Morais Alves.

The best dish in this one are Padma’s sweater biscuits
