@@oldmanjenkins8640 The reason why a lot of servers run locker and shanghai is because they're well known maps and that a lot of the other good maps are DLC which of course costs money since some people don't bother buying premium.

I’ve used the ucav once. Even used it in a mil sim event with another mil sim and convinced my entire team to launch one ucav each from spawn, the result was having rise of the valkyries playing as the entire enemy team scrambled for any roofed cover with pure fear.

I really want to do something similar except with the angry Wall-E on operation locker. Allow the enemy team take every capture point then wait two minutes.. have one person write "FOR NARNIA!!" in chat and start charging, wait ten seconds, then have the rest of your team charge in behind them. (Maybe have your whole team tupe "FOR NARNIA!" without each person spamming it) Robots clashing and flipping, explosions everywhere, and the chaos.. oh the chaos.. there is no hiding from evil Wall-E. They will circle you like sharks and drop the righteous hand of Allah.

The mortar also generates guarenteed hate on hardcore. I've helped cap points by killing like 10 people in a matter of seconds by shooting at groups and if you hit anywhere near them they'll all die. It's fun as fuck being on the move and quickly setting up the mortar for an assault on a point. The salt will flow and the point will be cleared shortly. Bonus salt if you do camp with it or specifically go after snipers.

I took an ATV, went behind him, hit him with the mortar from the closest range possible, and teabagged. I could've knifed him, but the mortar is funnier.

I’ve got a tactic to add to this list, put a c4 on the top of an elevator then send it down, next time that door closes blow it up and get a quad kill, I invented this tactic over a year ago and showed one of my friends and we pissed off an entire squad, I’ve since seen it be used by other people so I think I invented this tactic and it’s spread and gotten more popular since

I used to ballistic 40x when you'd actually get the XP for the distance on Hainan Resort. It was hecka cheeky but got me to the top of the scoreboard and max level faster than any other way. Well deserved F tier strat haha
i once got spooked like hell by an enemy player who ran through the entire bottom of locker. i was running a phantom and instinctively domed him, sticking him to the wall. fear is a powerful tool sometimes.
One of the funniest things I’ve seen recently in a game was a tank frantically backing away from a pursuing EO bot.
i got a 10 kill streak with one of those little monsters. got behind the enemy team and torched like 5 people before they realized what happened

a great tip for sporadic players like myself is to always keep moving only stop to capture targets and eliminate sniper nest/fortified player positions

Underrated Recon setup with 2 players: have one spawn with beacon/mav, have him go to the mountain ridge spots on countryside maps and tops of sky scrapers on the city maps. The second recon spawns in on the firsts beacon with c4 and another beacon. You now have a scout sniper setup out of reach of ground forces. One player hops on the MAV and acts as a perma UAV for the other. This strat is especially effective on Dawnbreaker and the northwest corner Ridge of Lancang.

Placing mines on vehicle "jihad jeep" is very easy to do. When you learn the map layouta and learn to long press your mini map. Rather than charging directly at them, flank. Even attach c4 to a heli and parachute out to detonate it on a tank

FLIR/IRNV is absolutely fantastic for hardcore and night maps. I racked up an immense amount of kills on an HC round of Zavod night ops, with a suppressed bipod M60 and RPK.
For hardcore as well, DMRs and the SR338 make for excellent ways to counter other snipers, as you can suppress TF out of them. The SR338 is basically a DMR that can have a 40x scope and marksman bonus. Hell, I popped a guy at 1072 yards with the 338 earlier today.
I think this is ultimately what inspired me to play. I just started. Day 1 I did a 12 hour session... game good

When I played bf4 all the time, when playing siege of shanghai, most of the time your team if they were losing was holding C, the big tower, really really well. So if you purposefully kick the ant mound and destroy that objective where 20 people are hanging out doing fuck all, suddenly shit will turn around for your team. Now if you are on the winning team and they are hanging at C, keep that tower up at all cost.
