    • @safarazsafwan6416
      @safarazsafwan6416 6 лет назад

    Wszystko fajnie ale, bez obrazy, weźcie kogoś kogo można zrozumieć. Dziewczyna zna się na rzeczy ale z tak ciężkim akcentem trudno ja zrozumieć.

    Modeling anything in max is already clunky enough... and this person modeled a plant in it... by hand. Oh man... this is so 90's.

      Modeling in max is incredibly easy and modeling a plant by hand is simple and the best way to save polygons. You new bro?

      @Advection357 9 лет назад +1

      It's not about being difficult or easy... I'm sure max has all the tools you need to model anything. I'm just not a big fan of the tools it has...too segmented, no good general purpose ones. If you haven't modeled stuff outside max in other apps, you probably won't understand what I'm saying.

      Advection357 other apps like...?
      This is not about easy or dificult agree, it's about quality and weight of the model. And when i say quality, i/m not talking about the final render, i mean quality in modeling, with out bugs, without unnecessary intersection, without problematic moments like unweldet vertex and many other problems that give u ur other apps. And i'm not saying that other apps are bad, but every 3d software u are using, always is better to use them in couple with 3ds max.
      Marvelous Designer + 3ds Max, Zbrush+ 3Dsmax, MudBox+3dsMax (or Cinema4d of course)
      It's always easy to achieve HQ reuslts when u using 3ds max.

    • @Advection357

      Quality and weight depends mostly from the modeler's skill... not so much from the tools. Other apps like... Modo for example.. or Softimage (RIP). They have less modeling functions or tools than 3d max... but more general purpose. It's like having a whole set of wrenches in max vs having a monkey wrench in modo. It's arguable which one is better and really it comes down to preference... some people prefer lots of specialized tools, others like me, prefer less tools but more general purpose.

    you'r going too fast ! i'm a beginner, there are several steps you just past quickly and i don't understand what you have been doing :'( especialy the "loft" thing at 11:40. i don't get what you are doing
    that's nice of you to do a tutorial, but it's VERY annoying when you have to watch the same 60 seconds over and over just to try to understand > (
    I just can't get the second circle as shape on the loft thing !!

      Use the bend modifier, it's in the modifiers drop box.
