- I will teach you one of my favorite desserts today, white chocolate millefeuille with vanilla and salted caramel.
Chocolate Ganache
• 110 g heavy cream
• 160 g white chocolate
• Vanilla paste
• 270 g heavy cream, cold
Salted Caramel Cream
• 100 g heavy cream
• 75 g glucose syrup
• 47 g granulated sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 35 g butter, at room temperature
