    New subscriber! Your video popped up in my feed and I am not a MA but I was in healthcare for 21 years. I have been WFH for the last year off and on because the jobs are good but my luck is that they are not lasting. Either they have hired too many people or the issue you had in this video. I have been putting in applications now for over a month because I want to take my time too to find a good fit for me and I refuse the stress too. The pandemic allowed my eyes to open. No stress allowed.

I also like to help my spouse out because 2 income is better than one. But you also have to think about your mental health. You are the woman of your house if you're unhappy your house feels the energy. As my husband told me he can't be his best outside of the house if he is worried so much about me and sad because he can't fix it... it takes his head out of the game because he always wants to see me happy and thriving. If your spouse is giving you the time to figure out your best next move then do it. A lot of people don't have spouses that support them like yours and my husband is doing. Something way better is out there for you but God is testing your faith. You may have to just leave this job to receive the blessing on the other side waiting for you. 💕❤️

    I walked off a job years ago. They were some of the most ignorant people I ever encountered and somehow they all knew what my salary was and always threw it in my face since I was fresh out of school and not making nearly as much as they did. One Wednesday I just got fed up and went to lunch and never went back. I went around the corner and signed up at the temp agency and got an assignment the next Monday and I spent that entire summer working where and when I wanted until I found the job I loved. It was the best decision I ever made. My husband was happy I did it because it made me a better person. I also made more money as a temp and the next job paid $20K more than the last job,

      I'm sorry you're going through this! Not at the moment in my department but the sister company Ciox Health is hiring for Health Information Specialist I & II positions. It's basically medical records. You can apply through the company's website or Indeed. I pray this helps.💕

    Job is stressful. I am a nurse. Bills has to be paid. So I don’t let my job overwhelm me.

    • @theintroverthomebody
      @theintroverthomebody  Год назад

      That's not normal. It's so many people that work nonstressful jobs and wake up every day and love going to work. It's the people that make the job stressful. Yes, bills have to be paid but when you're not on this earth anymore those bills are still going to be there. When that stressful job changes you to the point you're so depressed that your spouse notices it and your home is not as happy as it used to be it's time for a change. You're probably a person that thrives off of stress but a lot of us can't. 💕

    Thank you for sharing this. I needed to hear this today. This same thing happened to me on Feb and my husband shared that I needed to take a step back no matter how long it takes. It’s August now and I’m ready to get back into the workplace but somewhere where I feel that I can retire and be happy. Many blessings to you on your new job ❤

      You're so welcome! It's such a blessing to have a spouse that supports you and cares more about your mental health than the money we contribute to the household. I'm so grateful for my husband! I'm happy that you're ready to step back out into the workplace and I pray you find the perfect job that is everything you're looking for! 💕❤️

    I’ve been seeing a looot of nurses quitting… they don’t get paid for the amount of work being done and the employers doesn’t care about their employees health or mental health

    • @theintroverthomebody
      @theintroverthomebody  Год назад

      Yes! I've been seeing this as well! This is so true! We're at a time now that people are choosing their own mental health. Yes, it cost a lot to live and we do need our jobs but our family needs us more in a healthy mental state. Another job can be found but after you're gone there's no coming back and that company will just hire someone else.

    My bf and i work at a very high prestige hospital and its the most stressful job. I know hes under stress and stuff but i HATE working there. We're not even married and yet he buys things with my credit card. I told him i thinking of leaving and doing something else and we had a whole big fight about it. He just guilt trips me and now im afraid to even make the move to leave and i know im not good at the job.
