2024.06.22 - Favorito - Bill McNally

Bill McNally compares ragtime to Brazilian Choro music... although both styles are years apart, Choro music's syncopation is reflected in the left hand as opposed to the right hand in Ragtime. He goes on to perform Brazil's Ernesto Nazareth's "Favorito" to illustrate his comparison to Ragtime & performs this piece for The San Antonio Ragtime Society event held at the Steinway Piano Gallery in San Antonio, TX.
