I don’t take creative. I’m wondering if I even need protein powder. Just eat enough protein and lift some heavy ass weights. The rest is just companies that want your money.
Never taken creatine, yet my creatinine in my blood is usually above normal range when tested. My doctor ran tests and scans and my kidneys and liver is fine, not obese, heck I take less than .6 g of protein per pound because of it. So nobody knows why my creatinine is high. Because of that, I don't take creatine, and aim for 0.5 g of protein per pound to be safe. Which sucks, because reatine would have been awesome.
Got to respect the supplement manufacturers, for making mountains of money, with help from influencers of course. I been training for 27 years. Advice back in the day was, protein and creative supplements are for those in sport who need a competitive edge. For the last 10-15 years protein and creative supplements have been heavily marketed to various markets even outside bodybuilding.
I want to try creatine but for some reason something in me feels like it’s cheating (even though technically I know it’s not) and I don’t want to look in the mirror and think my results are b/c of a supplement, I also don’t want to get a fat face lol but that’s just what’s kept me from trying creatine so far
Can you make a video about how teenagers should train? Every advice is always for adults which is reasonable but i dont think teenagers should follow those advices but theres never anything directed and specifically for us
Creatine is exactly what it is “A Supplement” so it is optional. I’ve seen people and myself included eat an animal based diet. I eat dairy, fruits, and meat that’s it. I cut out all the breads, rice, starches, processed foods, etc. and replace it with real food. I Replaced processed sugar with raw honey 🍯 and natural sugars found in fruits. I Exercise every day for 45 minutes to 1 hour and now im in the best shape of my life 👍🏽
I take 5g each h workout. I don’t really take on days off, it makes a world of difference for sure. It’s saturated now, but 5g per workout is perfect. No preloading.
Unrelated to the vid but I have a question. Is my routine good? Day 1: Db bench press, shoulder press, Bench supported lateral raise, skull crusher Day 2: Chest supported rows, flat bench preacher curl, hammer curl Day 3: I have no idea what to put for legs. My knees are very sensitive and idk why the best exercise for me is. Also I am using rest pause sets. Please spmeone help!
Depends on the split you are doing and what your goals are. Are you lifting for general health. Body building, power lifting?. Do you benefit from a split, super sets, hiit, or targeted focus? Here is a simple routine you can do for good growth as a beginner. Day 1 chest. Flat bench, Incline bench, butterflies, dips. Day 2 back. Pull ups, pull downs, seated rows, seated reverse butterfly. Day 3 arms/abs. Standing curls, preacher curls. Triceps extentions, skull crushers, crunches, leg lifts. Shoulder press. Day 4 legs. Due to your knees I would recommend assisted lifts, like machine hack squats, hip thrusts, leg extentions, leg curls. If you knees can handle it, Bulgarian split squats and sissy squats. The most important thing though is intensity. As long as you are taking your sets to failure, weather it's 5 reps or 15 reps, you will see progress. Then with time. You can find what exercises work best for you and your goals. Hope this helps, good luck. 💪
@Mimzovich ok, there are a good amount of non machine exercise that can be done with just dumbells. And barbells. Your knees would be the biggest concern, I would focus on body weight exercises such as leg lifts, banded squats if available. And laying down leg extentions and hip thrusts. This will help build stability until your knees are ready for weighted exercise.
In my 20's I was taking creatine. It worked for me, but at the time I waited until I started seeing progress slow because my muscle mass had actually exceeded what I could maintain and build upon with diet alone. I'm not taking it at this time, but when I get to the point my progress slows, I still see it as an option.
I have a quick question, I have gained weight from creatine which is normal. And I'm on a cut right now. Is it okay to continue taking creatine during the cut, I want to get more definition in my muscles. Hence the question.
My strength has gone through the roof since taking creatine it’s a game changer for any bodybuilder who likes lifting weights and hates the aches after creatinine will make you stronger and repair muscles faster and on a good diet plan you’ll get lean like beef jerky

Creative is one of the only supplements worth taking. I personally can’t eat or afford to eat a 60 oz steak before or after training
Omg your dog is so precious ❣️🥰
Never taken creatine, yet my creatinine in my blood is usually above normal range when tested. My doctor ran tests and scans and my kidneys and liver is fine, not obese, heck I take less than .6 g of protein per pound because of it. So nobody knows why my creatinine is high.
Because of that, I don't take creatine, and aim for 0.5 g of protein per pound to be safe. Which sucks, because reatine would have been awesome.
My father struggled with kidney failure. Can i take creatine?
The only reason I don’t take creatine is because you need to be constantly on it or the effects will go away
You take it once a day like you take vitamins once a day. Is that problematic?
I don't like creatine supplements, but they do have benefits.
TERRANCE OUT
Eddie doesn’t know how creatine works 🤣🤣 oh god
Got to respect the supplement manufacturers, for making mountains of money, with help from influencers of course.
I been training for 27 years. Advice back in the day was, protein and creative supplements are for those in sport who need a competitive edge.
For the last 10-15 years protein and creative supplements have been heavily marketed to various markets even outside bodybuilding.
That is how it works, book smart is not always right even though you feel you know everything
I take creatine. 3g a day costs me $30 a year. I don't buy protein powders though. They never gave me anything but gas.
I want to try creatine but for some reason something in me feels like it’s cheating (even though technically I know it’s not) and I don’t want to look in the mirror and think my results are b/c of a supplement, I also don’t want to get a fat face lol but that’s just what’s kept me from trying creatine so far
Black guy is correct, whey protein is just too expensive with much cheaper nut options in products like Orgain that also gives you fiber.
I eat a teaspoon every day and my muscle growth is somewhat faster now.
Any studies on creatine on kids on puberty age?ty.
Can you make a video about how teenagers should train? Every advice is always for adults which is reasonable but i dont think teenagers should follow those advices but theres never anything directed and specifically for us
Eddie is the definition of trust me bro.
Sean and the dog is adorable
I love how people decide to just give their opinion with their own “facts” on social media, ignoring hundreds of studies done on the subject
off topic.. but will core exercises make you boxy??
Creatine is exactly what it is “A Supplement” so it is optional. I’ve seen people and myself included eat an animal based diet. I eat dairy, fruits, and meat that’s it. I cut out all the breads, rice, starches, processed foods, etc. and replace it with real food. I Replaced processed sugar with raw honey 🍯 and natural sugars found in fruits. I Exercise every day for 45 minutes to 1 hour and now im in the best shape of my life 👍🏽
I heard Creatine causes baldness. Is that true?
Its pretty simple your body should respond to resistence training … if its not, no amount of creatine is going to change that
I take 5g each h workout. I don’t really take on days off, it makes a world of difference for sure. It’s saturated now, but 5g per workout is perfect. No preloading.
It works been working out for three years then started taking it and with in 24 hours it changed the game. 🎉
Love the neleus shirt man! I have a bunch of these! Great shirt for almost nothing
Unrelated to the vid but I have a question.
Is my routine good?
Day 1: Db bench press, shoulder press, Bench supported lateral raise, skull crusher
Day 2: Chest supported rows, flat bench preacher curl, hammer curl
Day 3: I have no idea what to put for legs.
Just find a reputable program that caters to your goals and follow it, trying to write your own programming is pointless
Can you give me a contact, i can give you some only if i know what you are doing
@DG19835 I forgot to mention. My gym doesn't have machines or pull up things.. It's like a local gym that I just walk to every day.
I think promoting eating whole foods rather than some “magical” powder isn’t a bad thing …and Is most definitely how it works optimally
How old must you be to take creatine and I'm 16 btw
In my 20's I was taking creatine. It worked for me, but at the time I waited until I started seeing progress slow because my muscle mass had actually exceeded what I could maintain and build upon with diet alone.
I'm not taking it at this time, but when I get to the point my progress slows, I still see it as an option.
I have a quick question, I have gained weight from creatine which is normal. And I'm on a cut right now. Is it okay to continue taking creatine during the cut, I want to get more definition in my muscles. Hence the question.
It's just water. If you feel good and look good that's more important.
Of course u should still take it if u wanna maximize the gains but not more than 5g a day
@@adithyalal489 reduce the sodium and sugar intake
@@HeroC14 will I still gain more definition, as in leanness if I continue to take it?
@adithyalal489 creatine fills your muscle with water, not your fat cells. So it should increase the definition of the muscle as you cut.
Thanks for the reminder Sean, time to take today's dose.
The insert of the guy with the dog😂😂😂😂😂
Wait till he finds out the people that sell bananas are also selling you apples!
Creatine sold by snake supps companies. Furthermore it is not FDA approved. If creatine supp is as advertised then it should have been FDA approved.
So question. Only take creatine if you don't eat that much meat?
They say prestige can increase hair loss rate?
The smirk at the start says it all
I'm recovering from broken bones and doing light weights, do you recommend me to take it still
Yes
My strength has gone through the roof since taking creatine it’s a game changer for any bodybuilder who likes lifting weights and hates the aches after creatinine will make you stronger and repair muscles faster and on a good diet plan you’ll get lean like beef jerky
46 and been training non stop since 23, creatine is king, weigh protein and muscle shakes are shit
I don't do creatine because you have to keep up on it. The benefits go away pretty quickly if you stop taking it.
I don't use it. Should i,
