Listen when I seen this title I said to myself the only way one could be crazy enough to get rid of this lens is if they are getting the 1.2 version 😂😂😂. I’m eager to see that “look” you produce with this cause I’ve been contemplating on getting the Sony version and adapting it! My favorite lens without a doubt, nice pickup.
I use the 14mm. 35mm, 50mm, and 85mm art primes. They're all great, imho. Only issue is some copies, if used on a DSLR instead of mirrorless, require microfocus adjustment to compensate for front/back focusing. I had to do this on my 35mm and my Sigma 24-105 F4.@sesmedia4816
Awesome portraits photos as usual, Tron. I am sure it's worth for an upgrade on the 35mm lens you recently obtained to replace the one that has been your companion for a while. :) I am thinking about getting a Sigma 20mm F1.4 DG DN Art since I am a wide angle shot fanatic. What's your humble opinion upon it. Many thanks in advance.
I love my 20mm 1.4 art...it's the hsm version and it's really sharp. I'm sure they improved on it with the dg dn version. i would say go for it. This year I plan to use mine more.
Came for the lens info, stood for the awesome portrait work. Good stuff!
Sorry I'm just seeing this... Thank you sir
I'm going to be saying "it produces a LOOK" in my sleep tonight lol. Great video

Man, I'm going to put this baby to use this weekend with a client. I never been this excited about a Art lens.
Sigma 35mm art is the goat
I agree

I have the 35 1.4 and love it. The 1.2 I have yet to be lucky enough to use.
Yeah the 1.4 is a great lens
one of the best sigma art lenses to date
I agree

@@tronmosesmedia4816 Thank you so much for your insights. :)
You mean 3d pop effect and micro constrast like Zeiss serie? New Sigma 35mm 1.2 is like 37mm to me, it is slightly narrower than the og 35 1.4.
🙏🏾
The 85mm is special
Is DN DG?
Yes it is
I have a Canon EF 50mm f 1.0 L and she is special and I will never sell her ........she has a special bokeh look ......
I feel you on that. I didn't see a reason to keep two 35's.
Normally the answer would be because you’re making a mistake
