An excellent video, I have the DCC Concepts one as there was half a pack on ebay for a great price and it is a very useful item for both running in and some fault finding.
Every modeller definitely needs one!

Hope you are well?
I really should get one of these my troubles is to busy collecting locos.
But the rolling Road does tell you if your loco has trouble on bends and points ect
That only downside of the rolling Road in my opinion
But yes you make some great points in this well made video.

I have the DCC concepts one for my layout, indeed a rolling road is a great addition for any layout. Even if you do have a loop layout it is quite a bit safer to have a stationary place for your locomotives to run in
