If they ever made this PS5, GT7 compatible. I'm totally all in. In fact, I will probably buy it anyway to play on my new gaming PC that I'm building myself. "First time doing my own build"
I’ve had my R16 for around 6 months. Upgraded from a Thrustmaster T300, I absolutely love it. I use it every day had no problems at all. Last week I got myself the simagic P2000 pedals to go with it. Upgraded from the thrustmaster TLCM. Still getting used to the P2000, but they are amazing too. 👍👍
Seems we have had similar upgrade paths . I currently have tlcm and looking to upgrade the pedals did you get the haptics with it ? I’m using rumble motors with my tlcm atm and can’t imagine being without the now.
That wheel base is SEEEEEEEEEEXY. Everything I've seen from Moza on this channel is making me even more impatient with their collaboration with Sony. I hope they get a proper Playstation wheel soon.
Another thing when deciding to buy this wheel (or anything Moza) imo is that if you primarily or only play GT, you may be better off with the Fanatec GT DD or other wheels, Moza doesn't have native support for consoles (you could get an adapter to try and make it work but it may not work as well), and its extremely expensive
@@tidgney hot pink for the win brother! 🤌🤌🤌 This is Terminal _Goat by the way! Hope you are fantastic! Been running a cooking group that is really taking off! If you need fun dish ideas hit me up!🍸🤌
I have a Moza R5 and my Wheel goes on and off like butter. Here’s a tip for connecting your wheel. Centre the shaft and hold it with your left hand. Place the wheel on the shaft with your right hand, about twenty degrees off centre in either direction, then press forward and turn the wheel towards the centre. The wheel should just pop on with ease. Hope this hellps.
you have issue with the cables at the back, I have issue with the DD shaft in the front :DDD like csl elite has very short mouting andf when going to seems any dd with the quick release, it adds an extra 10-15cm of distance in the front, and on some rigs that a huge issue, if cant move the seat back, or the pedals forward.
the look of this gt wheel is INSANE !!! would want one, even just for a look on a stand :D you got some pain in the palms from such wheel, and im getting my thumbs almost dislocated with mclaren one from fanatec :DD it grips nicely around the thumb if suddenly come into drifft, sometimes a bit to good if FFB is strong :DD
Hi, How did the Moza R16 compare to the Fanatec DD GT Pro. I currently have the DD GT Pro and am considering changing to the same R16 and wheel combo on this vid? Thanks.
Hello! I really did enjoy the Moza R16 the only reason I've not continued to use it is due to compatibility reasons with the playstation. If it was an official wheel I'd be using it over the Fanatec DD GT Pro
Hey Tidge I've just got my first wheel (G29) I'm noticing there is a big difference in grip compared to the controller! Any tips on using this wheel?????👍
I would set a lap on the pad then try to match it on the wheel and focus on 1 combination. You'll often find you're over turning the wheel. Controller does have a few extra hidden driving aids as well
I had the opportunity to test a Moza wheel (similar with this one) in a gaming event in my country. I really liked it, feels so good. Too bad the price here It cost around 3 or 4 times more than a Logitech G923. Half of the price of a used car from late 90s and beginning of 2000s. Of course, If I had money for it, I would buy it.
Did you enjoy the feel of gt wheel? Would you prefer a round? If you liked the gt feel I'd recommend the mclaren for the dd pro. It's not the same build quality as that Moza (or the f1 from fanatec) but it's a brilliant and comfortable rim. As long as you don't mind the lack of L2 and R2

Geez, that is a LOT of money. Quality product, for sure, but for PS5 users the Logitech G Pro looks far more attractive. Add in TrueForce and it's a no-brainer. The Drive Hub adapter from Collective Minds might support the PS5 eventually, Tidge. I use the DH with my G Pro to allow the full 11nm that the wheel is capable of, in GT7. Still allows TrueForce.
Hey, I am gamer: Kevin Swift ages 20, 5.84Ft 143,3Ibs! I love to training and to lose 20 kg! Push-ups on the legs, Swedish exercise equipment and would choose martial arts. That's what the mystery is about 😊
PlayStation support isn't down to moza, PlayStation are notorious for being a pain to get accreditation and compatibility. They recently got Xbox support so I'm hopeful PS will come soonish. Unfortunately I gave up waiting and bought the Logitech G Pro wheel and pedals. Amazing upgrade over my old TGT2. I didn't think DD would be that much of an upgrade but it really is. Also for those wondering why I didn't buy fanatec, I refuse to give that poor excuse of a company any of my money.
Official Playstation compatibility would be a game changer for both Moza and players
Yeah must needed
I'm gonna buy as soon as they make that work. Free customers! Not really free, but you know what I mean
If they ever make that compatibility change, let's just hope that doesn't mean a price increase.

I am on an R9 and looking for an upgrade. It only makes sense along with the higher NM, that it also supports PS5

u had me at easy reach and reach around and can have a feel, never mind the so so so smooth chat x
😂😂😂
I got the same feeling on my hands when I switched, and went right back to the original round wheel
And my left hands never hurt, so it was definitely the GT style wheel.
Martin… was that a Ferrari red kitchen aide mixer i spy?!👀 Your kitchen is beautiful! Would love te see a tour!🙏🙏 🐐

It did feel nice to be honest, I did get that hand ache though but potentially that's something to get used to!
will that wheel now be available for ps4/5
Try the Sparco Land gloves to protect your hands.
Great review Tidge, 👏.
Like deployed 👍

broken ps5 support is a dealbreaker especially at the price point.

I still have yet to try drive the Logitech wheel, hopefully I get chance in the future!
Yeah they definitely need PlayStation compatibility in these setups I would like one
I want a new wheel so bad but I don't want a Fan due to support and wait time. I really want a moza but ps5
I can highly recommend the Logitech G Pro. Yes it's pricey but it's well worth it
@@King_EarsDitto. The Drive Hub adapter MIGHT make the Moza compatible.
Ask Sony to send you a VR headset..!! 💯 Wheels look very nice.
VR isn't any good for streamers. You're unable to interact with the viewers.
Good for my lap time..! 😂

😂😂😂😂

Shame about the Playstation limitations. Looks and sounds like a great wheel and base.
