how is it possible that a top 500 tank went winton against reaper and mauga? are those ppl nuts?
If you’re good enough with a character in this game, they’re always viable.
@@BigShean Considering that Winton didn't even last a fight, I don't think he was very good.
@BigShean even if you are good, it's really stupid to have such a small hero pool in heroes you can play. There are a few exceptions there but it's a very miniscule amount of people
Especially when there's only 1 tank. You have a whole roster to play. There's no reason to not learn more than a couple

Personally I think the buffs are great. That 100 overhealth on Cardiac Overdrive cast will really help into Orisa encounters where you get starved of heals, and will add extra protection to his Overrun, since he can cast Cardiac Overdrive during it, helping you better escape a bad situation.

There is a vc setting that allows you to automaticly join team vc. I'm sure you are aware but maybe you want to toggle it since i've noticed that a reoccuring problem you have is not starting in vc.

I feel like the dps passive was stupid if anything it just made mauga even stronger. Basically all mauga does is shoot the tank and if the dps shoot the tank even once he gets pseudo-anti’d and not even fortified orisa or hard-blocking ram can stop mauga and dps passive. Even transcendence which is an ULTIMATE is incapable of stopping neutral damage. This game is actually a joke rn
wow... shooting their feet does seem to work better. I'm going to start doing that when I play Mauga.

My cousin loves to play Winston into those types of comps, I play dps usually, I just keep my head down and let him get smoked lol. And yes he likes to smoke that stuff lol
Mauga needs a rework not a buff
they should remove the unstoppable effect of his charge, and give him another kinds of CCs instead of this stupid relentless unlimited burning ammo

@@Hogonetrick his gameplay loop of only shot tank or no sustain is literally caused by the way they designed his kit. It's toxic and every time he becomes meta the game will suffer, especially when playing tank .

Mauga needs a rework, he's in the same camp as hog, it's either he's good and broken, or bad and unusable. A good fix in my opinion for mauga is to make it so there is a cool down on his life steal, if you proc life steal and let's say a shield, Matrix or you just miss your shots, life steal ends and you have to wait for it to come up again, give a window to punish mauga. Make dva his hard counter.
Hog is fine. Mauga is a little weak and has a completely different issue than hog. Cardiac overdrive is already on a long cooldown so thats ur window. The overhealth gained from critical hits is pretty small. Dva is already his hard counter.
Mauga does not rework and as a road hog one trick top500 hog is fine right now your just being overdramatic
Bro mauga already gets countered hard by it and making his already sluggish cooldown even more unbearable isn't a good idea

When will they buff Ramattra then? I was already having problems because every single time I was doing good with Ram they just pop out mauga got in my face and my dps just didn't shoot him and then it all turned into a mauga duel...
It really sucks because when mauga came out I was able to handle him with Ram way better but now you just don't do any damage to him.
That's what Ram needs more damage he feels really weak now and you have to land every single shot and punch to have any value and still you cannot kill squeezes as fast as before even after 4+ punches they still alive if they get the slightest of heals.
Yeah ram is irrelevant in ranked now unfortunately. i was a ram main but mauga just made me uninstall the game because theres no way to kill him. Its not even a ram issue. I dont think any tank beats him not even sig or dva. Even dive maps feel like they could easily turn into mauga mirrors. Hes the worst designed hero of all time
Also the dps passive was a cop out because like you said unless you hit every shot as a tank on the squishies you wont kill anything and its even worse now because every character has more health. Just gotta trust your dps to shoot who youre shooting

I get horrible teammates and I'm always the last one standing in all roles idk, just because damage output is meta now doesn't mean you have to push brainlessly all the fuckin time and get rolled for it. I get matches all the time where I don't even have 5 deaths and my team they all have well over 10 almost 20 deaths...
And as you said if your dps are slightly dense it's over now, I used to do a 3 person job with Ram last seasons and carry my dps but now you don't do shit with Ram or any tank for that matter unless you land every single shot and cool down perfectly because your team most of the time doesn't know what they're doing.
Like I'm not a sweaty mf nor care about rank AT ALL I just want fun games that don't feel like chores with people who barely know how to even play the game y'know.

Mauga is really cool conceptually but not as much anywhere else. I think he would’ve made a great bunker buster in 6v6
Now that Mauga is not stupidly busted and you actually have to think to play him he is quite fun.

How can someone reach GM and can't fkng counter? Is that proud? Is it too hard to play sigma ou dva? What happens inside someone's head to use winton, orisa against a fking walking machine gun? I just don't get it
I hit top500 one tricking road hog and you could hit top500 with one trick on tank without counter swapping its not that hard

Very situational he's good vs other brawlers but his specialty is anti dive winton or doom struggle vs him a lot
Even Dva you can do well against if you just poke her a bunch and she can't dive the whole time
If they got barriers or zarya tho it will be a pain

so you used to play demo in tf2 make sense after all Junkrat is based of demo and roadhog is his best bud. So was not really that supprising but nice to know still sir.
