Happens with a lot as well. I would be gold heals as Hog, meanwhile "Supports" focusing on being DPS themselves. Everyone has to do their job so that others can do theirs. Only if the supports heal, a tank can create space. If the tank doesnt get the heals, he has to play around cover or health packs, then your kills dont mean much if the payload doesnt move or no one can be on point. Good healers make the team play more aggressive/offensive, and bad healers force the team to play very defensive. Instead of calling Tank Diff or DPS diff or Healer diff or being toxic to yur team mates, look at your own stats, ask yourself if you are doing your own job to enable others to do theirs. If you dont do yours, others cant do theirs.
Bro end up waiting close to half an hour for a match that is crazy wait time.

Just means the most healing on the team
Highest healing got gold, second highest got silver, 3rd got bronze
Gold healing means you have the most healing on your team
