I been practicing the same TM for the past four years. It helps me a lot to stay calm on stressful situation, to focus and to take rational decision related to my work. One of the best thing I ever done in my life for myself.
I have tried so many times but being a single mother always thoughts are running how to manage everything, definitely from tomorrow I will start again, you are a great doctor with full of knowledge and humour ❤❤
I am doing heartfulness meditation from 6 months. I am completely off of medications. I am more calm, content, able to react rightway, able to think clearly and developed intuition. I highly recommend everyone to try it for atleast one month.

I am practicing alpha meditation and I do it regularly... It's amazing! What the doctor says is 200 percent correct about meditation helping in reducing weight, stress, being younger, being productive and achieving the goals etc etc. Getting it into daily practice might sound hard initially but once you do that you will truly appreciate it benefits.
