Interresting, I prefer aluminium but I'm at that age that a bit more comfort is welcome. Have used EO carbon frames but found them to hard on the feet on Dutch roads and what I missed a bit Pascal; carbon gives almost no comfort and also sound is quite different not to say very loud...
