I’m so happy to see how much you’ve grown. I am probably younger then you but it’s nice seeing how you went from not even talking in your videos to showing your face. It really takes confidence and time to do something like that and if it were me it would probably of taken a lot more time. Idk if it was because of personal problems, privacy etc. but I’m glad that you ended up showing your face and your posts are a lot better and your shop seems to be doing well to! ❤
so a lot of people don't know this, but you actually shouldn't cut off yellow leaves! yes they are in the process of dying, but they distribute all their nutrients to the other leaves, and if you pluck em while they're yellow you stop that process a bit too early. you should wait until they turn brown before you chop em bc then they're officially dead. hope that helps :))
So here is some advice for the plants: just wait until the leaves are completely yellow and kinda wrinkly and you should be able to gently pull them out of the soil or pull them off from the rest of the plant. This usually works with mine and you prevent having ugly cutting edges. Hope this helps!

Wow Annika you have great presentation skills with food! My life has also not been together so this video is inspiring me to have a reset week. You are so productive and aesthetically pleasing, but realistic at the same time. yellow leaves like that normally mean overwatering! i always cut mine off so the plant doesn’t waste energy on it and can focus on growing :)

oh my god those pink pajama's in the beginning are SO STINKIN' CUTE!!
ok ok so w/ the face roller thing - imo it definitely DOES help a lot w circulation and stuff! i get awful pain in my face bc of my constantly inflamed sinuses (rip) and it helps soooo much to reduce the pain! i also get bad pain on my jaw where my permanent retainer is, and it helps my teeth hurt less if i massage my jaw w it! i don't rly notice a huge difference on my face, like i don't feel like it looks too "sculpted" like ppl say it'll do, but i can feel the difference it's making beneath the surface of the skin!!
