I've seen other boxing leagues, but those get a bunch of games out of their boxes rather than one. This is fun to see.
They did do drafts with only collectors boosters and gave the decks away

All Dominaria United Collector Booster Draft. Just done the Mats, the Set boosters are more expensive a "game" over all, but probably have more replay value than drafting a box of collectors boosters (IMO)

I've actually met the guy from Banana Bread At Work Dude (from the bit Adam was doing around 17:00) in real life. He's the lead singer to a sick band from Chicago. Great guy

@@highbrowloubrew The band is called Manwolves! It's a blend of jazz and hip hop that stands out with its use of a trumpet. Jamie (the guy) is the vocalist sings in a lot of up beat and casual songs. Their first album "A Safety Meeting" is an amazing place to start. They also have a ton of fun singles like "Trip On My Words," "8:38," and "Roses". Highly recommend them. I saw them live this year, and it was one of my highlights.

I love the idea that you guys were able to have goofy fun with it, and then get the singles from it into the wild through YJ. Helps people access the cards when so much product just gets hoarded away as speculations of monetary gain.

I think Graham would have actually won the second game. Adam lost 2 life from the attack of Acidic Slime in 2:32:29. They handed over the Monarch so damage has been dealt, but they forgot to change the lifecounter. So the 15 damage from Graham in his last turn would have been enough to kill Adam.

So... partially for engagement's sake, and partially because I've kinda fallen behind on yall's content: why is there a list of cards that don't work with the card reader?
Not "A" list, but "The List". The List, as it's called, is a curated list of reprints that's included in roughly 1/4 Set Boosters. Paul usually only loads the main set into the card reader so "The List" cards get left behind.
@@highbrowloubrewalso usually they do these sorts of things with draft boosters, which don’t have a list slot, so it isn’t normally a problem
