Just you can get Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC 2024, this edition can install low end PC without bloatware apps, have 2GB RAM & BIOS MBR

On my main computer I prefer an OS with a legit license. And on my older test PCs, Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC can't run because version 24H2 has a newer kernel that requires SSE4.2 (at least 1st gen Intel Core i3/i5/i7 or AMD FX)

it's not every day you see GNOME styled with a unified bottom taskbar

Yes, but Dash to Panel is a pretty popular GNOME extension.

It's a recent screenshot from the Aspire 1680 I repaired and reinstalled Windows XP on last year.

What about Linux anti-cheat gaming ? Does linux distribution work all game if have anti-cheat?

I don't know. As mentioned in the video, I haven't tried any video games on Linux. And even on Windows I've never played a game with anti-cheat (except Valve anti-cheat which works on any OS that can run Steam).

Which one, wine or Codeweaver Crossover to install Windows apps & games on Linux distribution for support multiple user system wide ?

They're very similar. CrossOver is paid and doesn't have any important features compared to free Wine, so maybe Wine is the better option.

Another option is Windows 11 IoT LTSC, which doesn't have that absurd CPU requirement. But on my main PC I also want a legit OS license.

Also, just standard Windows 11 IoT Enterprise (non-LTSC) (version 24H2 and later) doesn't have the strict CPU and TPM 2.0 requirements, will get feature updates, that the LTSC version can't get, but it has the included apps that the LTSC version doesn't have.
