My family member stupidly set the phone to lock up without using google credentials after hard reset... Family members account was hijacked and it says "unauthorized reset was performed" we cannot get back into the google account that was used initially.... is there a way around this BS? My mom's phone just stopped all of the sudden,it's just a black screen and the phone won't turn on,it shows the loggo "Samsung" and how it turns on,but after the let's say "intro" stops,it's just a black screen,we tought a factory reset would be the solution but as we tried to follow this tutorial that seems actually really easy,it just doesn't work at all,we followed the whole tutorial but it does not work from even the first step,it's just a black screen,she can be called and answer tho,but she can't hang up or call back since it won't turn on. Anyone can help us? Or even tell us if there is even a way to save it or it's just "unsaveable"? I would really love that :/ we're kinda desprate.
