Got 5 points, so I'm "not bad"... 🙄 Quite an interesting quiz, though!

WRONG! Question 1 is NOT a Riley Elf - the Elf was a version of the Mini, with a longer boot (trunk in the USA). Very similar to the Wolseley Hornet. Q1 is actually a Riley 1500 otherwise known as One Point Five - there was a very similar Wolseley version

Thank you. I thought I was having a senior moment there: "Riley One Point Five" I say immediately. But it's not on the list....??!?

I’m sure car shown in 7 is the Wolseley variant the 18/85 due to shape of rear

No, it is definitely Austin/Morris, from what I can see the tail lamps look like Morris ones. Wolseleys had stacked tail lamp clusters which would be evident in that view.

@ no had one and tail lights at an angle whereas Austen / Morris protrude . Just check photis on line .

Q5 'Wood trimmed body panels' ?! That would have been the 'countryman' (if ever produced)

    Hmm, Riley 1500!
I kind of guessed Gordon Keeble, but had to look it up.
BMC's Austin 1100. My mum had one exactly like the one pictured, and I first learned to drive in it when I was 15!
I guessed Ginetta, but they did make quite a few different models over the years.
The Austin A60 Austin Cambridge Estate, was given the "Countryman" name for it's practicallity. There was also a Wolsley made version, with more expensive trimmings.
I didn't guess the Rochdale correctly
The Morris 1800 was like a bigger version of the 1100Austin/Morris. Oh and if I'm not mistooken, the "Land Crab" won the London to Sidney World Rallye!
Bond Equipe escaped my memory! So many small but fun manufacturers at the time.
Bristol cars usually carried the names of previously manufactured Bristol aircraft.
Crayford was a specialist "custom" builder of convertible and Estate versions of many cars.
    7 points for me.

The narration is poor as the answer to question 1 was incorrect and the answer to question three is actually BMC eleven hundred (1100) not one thousand one hundred. There are other errors, in my opinion.

The "Riley Elf" is actually the Riley 1.5 - not even one of the answers!!!!!!
