    I had a hard time with this machine and was about to return it. I had the settings mixed up . The best thing to do is to cut off all the ramp auto on, auto off features, go to cpap mode and its perfect. Just add some water leave it on auto. Great sleep, great machine.

      Hello…how do you turn off the auto ramp feature? Mine is way to high. Starts off at 4 (I believe) then jumps up to 18, which is way too high. How to go to just cpap mode? I did not see how to turn this off from this video tutorial. Thanks

    Thank you. Your video was very helpful. I do have two questions. When I go to comfort settings, I can adjust my auto-start but my auto-stop will not light up or let me adjust it. It remains locked in OFF. Also, I am having trouble finding the heating tube for this unit with its adapter cord that plugs tube into the machine. The only thing showing online is a 3B Comfortline Heating Tube, which I believe is the same as the Luna II heating tube. However, it has the adapter plugging into its own power source and not the machine. I really don't want a second power source cluttering up the space. Do I need a heating tube or will the automatic heating plate work with a standard tube. I really do need the heated moisture. Thanks so much. 😊

    I just got an iBreeze 20A with WiFi and setting it up was easy due!
    Do you know if you can update the software over WiFi?
    I'm showing an alert saying new version available and to update it in the settings. When I go into the settings, click software update, it says already the latest, and I click Yes. Nothing happens after that.
    Any help is greatly appreciated!
    Thanks

      Hi there, thank you for the question. Just to clarify, are you wanting to change your pressures?

    So my mom is 80 years old and she just got one of these today…She said the company she picked this up from told her only to wear this for 4 hours a day…is that correct ? Are you only supposed to use it for 4 hours at a time?

    • @LiveWellCPAP
      @LiveWellCPAP  2 месяца назад

      Hi there, that's a really good question. What they meant to tell your mom, is that she needed to wear it for AT LEAST 4 hours a night. Her insurance is requiring her to be compliant with useage in order to pay for her CPAP. That breaks down to using 70% of nights and a night only counts if it is 4 hours or more. Hope this helps.

      @@LiveWellCPAP one other question..Does this work better for you if you use it while you sleep vs during the day time ?

    • @LiveWellCPAP
      @LiveWellCPAP  2 месяца назад

      @@johnnyutah1983 , Hi there,
      Thank you for your question. The CPAP machine will function exactly the same whether your mom sleeps during the day or at night. If she naps during the day, we definitely recommend that she wears her CPAP. Anytime she sleeps, the CPAP should be on for her to receive the maximum benefits. Let us know if you have any other concerns once she starts adjusting to it :)

    I 'm having trouble using the nasal pillows. How can I get the full mask?

    • @LiveWellCPAP
      @LiveWellCPAP  2 года назад

      Hi Amelia, you would want to contact the supplier you got the nasal pillows from. If it has under 30 days they should give you a new mask and swap the old as a Mask Guarantee. Otherwise, you could buy another mask system out of pocket.

      I’m having trouble where it stops blowing 3/4 threw my breath and always makes me feel like I didn’t get enough air. I’ve changed the ipr to 0 to 3 and still feels the same on all of them.

    I can't breath with this s**t on

    • @LiveWellCPAP
      @LiveWellCPAP  5 месяцев назад

      Hi there Rocky, it definitely can be tricky in the beginning to acclimate to the device. If you feel like you can’t breathe, your pressure might actually need to be raised. I know that sounds odd but sometimes it is the key. We suggest reaching out to your doctor or supplier to review your data and possibly make some changes. Let us know how it goes!
