Payday 3 - Xbox Series X/S & PlayStation 5 & PC - Graphics & FPS & Power Resolutions:Series S: 1080P Series X & PS5: 1440P PC: 3840x2160 Big thanks to Deep Silver for providing the PlayStation 5 version of the game, making this video possible! - In the game's settings, there's an option to adjust AA and Upscaling for optimal performance. I tried several combinations, including the default setting for each console. - Matchmaking had issues from the outset. However, there have been improvements, and the developers addressed the issues on Twitch rather than just tweeting about them. This shows dedication and commitment. Still, it's frustrating for those who purchased the game and faced problems playing. - While all versions look fairly similar, the Series S transparency and lighting is toned down, resulting in certain areas and objects appearing downgraded. - I encountered frame rate spikes on PC. Perhaps we need a new driver or game patch. In my view, the game should run smoothly at 4K when maxed out. However, by adjusting the settings, we can consistently achieve a minimum of 60
Because there are too many modes for this type of comparison I choose the following: 1) all graphics comparison are done at the best settings AA:Quality Upscaling:Native for all consoles 2) This mode Quality/Native and additional modes tested in FPS, including the default settings for each console 3) Series S can hit 60 FPS on default settings (Balanced\Quality), however in some scenes you might need to go a bit lower in settings 4) Different modes for Series S at 3:56 and 6:56
Jup noticed that too. I think it might have to do with AA Quality + Native combination, something is holding Series X back so it seems. Default settings are AA Performance + Native and then both consoles are not that far apart, just the usual difference of +- 30W.
I wasn't able to do an "offline" game until like 2 days ago. They are looking into real offline mode also but they couldn't confirm anything yet. It was a bad start, hopefully they only improve from here.
@@ajgamingcomparisons I tried for like the first 2 days after launch then uninstalled. I will just play payday 2 instead and clearly everyone else has the same idea because the player count for that hasn't decreased.

Wait! An RTX 3090ti can't run this game at 120fps?
Not at 4K at least. I remember being just as surprised during my first try.
Was all the series s gameplay on quality? and if so how does it run on performance

5 FPS more on PS5 with 50 more watt, something wrong with XSX, why this underperform with such a big power consumption gap.

The power gap of 30W is normal but both lower than the usual 190 vs 220 W
Good job
Thanks for your work.
Thank you for watching and your support! 👊🏻
Slightly better performance and shadows in the PS5 version.
Different post processing settings, look at PC with Ultra shadows.
@@3450P I see exactly the same shadows on Series S and PC.
@@parazels83 hmmmm, series S looks dialed back in most settings to me.
if only it worked lol
