I'm a full time photographer living in a 2014 Land Rover Discovery 4. I have lived across the county to learn photography. I've decided to start making videos like this as well, to have a different format to show you more of my life.
I got rid of my apartment several years ago. And lived the first 20 months full time in the car. I then moved back south to overhaul the 250 000 km LR. Whilst doing so I rented a small garage together with some friends. During this period I slept in the garage and in the back of a dorky looking Peugeot just to make ends meet.
I've gone back to living full time in the car since late winter last year. When I'm in the city, working as a photographer I mostly use this car as a bed. I'm either working, fixing the car or spending my time doing something else. It is definitely not a "practical" car to live in. But would see myself living in a boring van either.
The reason I spend so much time at work during these days down town, is to be able to do what I built this car for. Escaping into the Norwegian scenery to both capture and enjoy it all!
If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

I think Covid, for better or for worse, made folks re- prioritise, what's truely important in their lives. Im certain you have lots of challenges, but I heard this quote once, that ' the things we want to own , will end up owning us ! '. People no longer want to waste their lives , doing stuff they don't like. They want to be free. Life is so precious & we are here only for a fleeting moment..i'm happy to see your doing something you truely love. Wow, that was really brilliant to watch and a huge eye opener! I am in my late 30's now, never had a car, house or a flat, I love doing my things, one of them is travelling. I am lucky enough to have visited Norway seven times on a motorcycle. What a spectacular country you live in! I travel on a motorcycle and weather in Norway can be really nasty - you probably already know this much better than I do. Of all the seven times that I reached Nordkapp I think three times the wind was really super scary. I was thinking of doing something like you do but it seems that the suitable cars are quite pricey. But definitely cars offer a lot more space and everything - it's not easy to carry the cameras, drone, computer and a full bag of cables and chargers on a motorcycle lol
Anyway, subscribing to you on YT and Instagram!

Nice video with subject matter close to my own heart. I've been living solo almost fulltime in my BMW X5 for several years through all seasons, exploring wild regions (now explored extensively across 💯 countries). I don't use a diesel heater in the winter, even in the mountains, and prefer to simply use expedition quality goose down gear to stay warm.

Greetings Kasper. I found your channel ‘sent to me’ because I subscribe to LR vids. There is another videographer in Norway, you may have come across…Land Rover Drive.
I like your content especially the Defender. I drive a 2002 Discovery V8. I’m not a fan of background music but if you must have it, could you have the volume lower when you speak? Personally, I prefer the sounds I would hear if I was in the car with you. In that way it would be a more vicarious experience. I have subscribed and liked and now comment. I hope your channel continues to grow. Best wishes. 👍🏻🙏🦘
