You can also store it in mylar bags for linger term storage. I haven't grown any zucchini yet but I'll buy some from a roadside stand or Amish store.

Good idea on everything bagel seasoning! How thick did you cut those slices with that on it?
It was the thickest setting on my mandolin slicer, I’m not sure what that is exactly but decent size slices
right now im boiling 40 pounds f beets for pickling apt smells very earthy lol

@@FermentedHomestead vinegar sugar beet water and kosher salt simple and amazing taste i will put onions hot peppers in with the beets so no extra stuff pickling wise

zucchini is amazing i love it one year i tried to grow them but the balcony didnt get enough sun so i stuck with stuff i can grow in buckets on balcony so i buy imperfectly perfects and dry them and make tons of bread, loaves, muffins then freeze and put up for winter i dehydrate and grind it also for soups and stews

You can make pickle relish out of zucchini. It’s very good.
I made that last year, it’s pretty tasty

I think you should blanch vegetables before dehydrating.
It depends on the veggies, not needed for zucchini
