Bro your mix killed your beat. It sounds like the whole beat has been low-passed filtered. Just work on your mixing and your beats will sound a lot better.
I'm not great at mixing either, but for this beat I'd just focus on preserving the high end and mixing around the drums. I actually think the instruments sound ok, but the 808 and drums could be a lot meaner if they had that high end detail. With this type of beat the drums come before anything else.
