The Commodores most successful period was in the late 1970s and early 1980s when Lionel Richie was the co-lead singer. The band's biggest hit singles are "Easy", "Three Times A Lady", "Sweet Love", "Just To Be Close To You", "Still", "Oh No", "Lady (You Bring Me Up)", "Sail On", "Nightshift", "Brick House", "Fancy Dancer", "Lady (You Bring Me Up)", "Too Hot ta Trot" etc. Lionel Ritchie went on to have a big solo career.
Hey Bro, the Commodores came to visit my hometown Cebu City Philippines in the Mid 1970's just before I immigrated here in the States. They were a Big Hit, the Fans could not get enough of them in Cebu that, one of their newest instrumental music was titled "CEBU" I won't be surprised if Morisette Amon's parents attended one of their Concert in Cebu. I missed those days when there were so many Brilliant Song writer's, Composers and Singers Solo or by Group. I can only say, those were the days my friend.
Had album and cassette of Commodores back in the day. Not sure if had 8-track or not. I’m getting old. Lol. Love the reaction and your other reactions. Angelina Jordan got me to your channel but you have kept me coming back for her and your other reactions
