Hope you don't mind me doing this - its a labour of love. I make no money or profit from this etc. Its just a really good song live & I like reliving concerts I've attended myself.
Thank you all for shooting your fantastic footage. It was really great to be able to see this song from all of the different vantage points in the crowd & it makes it easy to appreciate the scale of the show & how it can look so different from each angle.

Thanks for watching Nicola. 81 - thats a way back alright. The band must have been part of the soundtrack of your life and key moments. I didn't get to see tbem live until Croke Park in 87. They've been a great band and live act over the years since. I loved the huge change in musical direction and style they started to take in the 90s. Glad you liked the clip Cheers 👍

But this clip is alright, I concede. But still nowhere even close to experiencing it live in 1987 (five times).

This song was heavily criticized by many way back in 1987. But it's an incredible example of the ability of this band to literally blow up your HiFi.

The version on the album is very different to live. Edge actually plays more than one chord live.

Always was my favorite U2 song. I love the added lyrics from Wiseblood. "Where you come from is gone...". I live in St Louis and got royally screwed out of this concert and my favorite U2 song that is almost never played live.

Its from US TV series called Trackdown starring Robert Culp. It aired more than 70 episodes between 1957 and 1959. Hope that helps. In the clip, a con man named Trump visits a town and promises to build a wall around them to ensure their safety. The band were pleased when Bono discovered it, as they wanted to make a reference to US President Donald Trump during the show without belabouring their point.
