I know bungee said they wouldn't put Cascade point on a hand Cannon because it's too much recoil, but it seems like they could put it on a 180 because the recoil is much less

Warden's Law can do quite a bit more damage than that if you have extended mag and equip the magazine buff perk, you take the mag up to 28, and Lucky Pants will buff all 28 shots. You had Vorpal Weapon which is required also of course. The chance of getting Vorpal Weapon together with extended mag is 1 in 20 when you roll the randomized Vanguard engrams.
There was an “event” of a sort where you could put broken attachments on different guns, like the ammit firing in a shotgun type spread. Couple people were so angry they fixed it, they went and ddosed bungie.
@lowblow3824 that sucks that they fixed it I would love to make messed up guns all they would have to do is if you make a gun that is outside of normal shaped ranges on perks and stats then when you go to search for a pvp match of any kind it won't let you till you change the weapons.
@rowplatts so your point I mean who cares if someone wants the game to be super easy for themselves it would definitely help solo players that don't have friends that play the game that want to do the activities that require other people.

@seb5946 it rolls on wardens law. I got lucky by running a fee GMs. Supposedly it's the highest HC DPS with lucky pants.

I don't think it'd change anything. The damage phase with Wardens Law ended because the buff ran out, not because the mag was empty.
Nop, you lost damage since lucky pants buff go away fast, you dont get 28 shot buffed, just put a boss spec if you want do more damage
