I owned this phone for over 3 years and I always felt like superman with a very convenient hardware. Never thought of upgrading.
I remember first seeing this phone in the movie "The Saint" & was blown away. I've always been a fan of Nokia phones! I currently own a Nokia 7.2.
Nokia is long gone...these modern day nokias aren't even worthy to be called nokia....
This was what my childhood was all about. My dad had every Communicator model but I loved this one the most because of the color display and the advancement in features available in the 9500. I didn't know how to use most of the apps but I could just hold it in my hand and stare at it all day long. It was the most beautiful piece of technology I'd ever seen. It was also the reason why I fell in love with tech products.
This phone brings a lot of memories. I recalled that evening about 15 years ago, my dad just got home from work and showed me this new phone he had just bought. This phone was so sophisticated back then. I was so happy to see this phone.
But it all changed when my mum saw the phone and went mad at my dad because this phone was expensive as hell back then. 🤣

I had this phone and loved it as it helped doing multiple tasks. I ran a mobile computer service business needing a updated price list for parts. The price list was handled on a HP palm computer but this thing done both jobs. So only needed to carry one device was fantastic. I later moved over to the E90 being my all time favourite phone.
That was not just a phone but also a mini laptop, what a fabulous creation by nokia !!
That tone is the first thing I heard when I got my first phone so nostalgic ☹️☹️☹️💥🌨❄️👍

If u go through 90's to 2010 nokia ruled just because of their unique designs be it may communicator or ngage or nseries or eseries or first multi media phone 6600 or their flagship n95 every phone has different design compared to now a days.

One of the greatest examples of mobile technology of its time.. A true legend.. I always wanted one.. But never had the money as a student . Today I have a S8+.. But nothing like a nokia communicator.. That too during those times.. It was light years ahead of its time
