    That sure would be nice for a fish fry Kevin, my wife don`t like the smell in the house, I too am a fan of the folded chips, nice to see Julie again.

    To solve your need/desire for 2 burners look into the Camp Chef line of products. I have the 2-burner camp chef. It has the ability to be set up on a tabletop. You could take this unit and build/buy a work bench type rolling table and move it to and from the hood with light. Add the legs and it becomes a stand-alone unit. I added propane quick connects and it will run from the supply on my RV.
